Dane M. Armbruster MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Boise office. He is currently a member of Newmark’s office and industrial specialty practice groups. Past engagements comprise the full spectrum of office types including high-rise towers, suburban business parks, government-leased facilities, medical and dental buildings, and complex mixed-use properties. Recent industrial experience includes distribution warehouse, high tech flex, manufacturing, and cold-storage. Armbruster regularly employs Argus cash flow software for valuation modeling and risk assessment.
Armbruster has valued most general property types including retail, multifamily, and residential subdivisions, as well as special use properties including dealerships, restaurants, hostels, and vineyards. His experience extends to going concerns, including allocations to various components of value, and real estate investment vehicles, such as joint ventures, family limited partnerships and holding companies. Armbruster has performed valuation and consulting assignments for institutional investors, lending institutions, pension funds, trusts, special servicers and private investors.
Armbruster joined Newmark after serving as senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office and member of the office and dispute analysis and litigation support specialty practice groups. He began his career with PGP Valuation (now Colliers), as a valuation analyst in its Seattle office.
