Daniel McNeilly MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as an Executive Vice President. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, McNeilly provides valuation services and leads a staff of retail-focused appraiser professionals who provide valuation services throughout the Midwest.
A highly experienced appraiser with over 17 years in the business, McNeilly has prepared and performed valuations and market analyses on a broad range of properties that include regional and super-regional malls, lifestyle centers, as well as neighborhood and community shopping centers. In addition to retail, he has appraised industrial, office, and multifamily complexes, and mixed-used developments, as well as vacant land. Additionally, McNeilly has performed specialized real estate valuation and market studies on auto dealerships, restaurants, bank branches, and movie theaters.
McNeilly has completed valuations and market studies on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing properties. He has carried out valuations for mortgage financing, use-value, tax appeal, investment counseling, real estate allocation, potential sale or purchase, leasehold and rental analysis, and feasibility analysis. Clients have included commercial banks, developers, corporations, individual property owners, public agencies, insurance companies and legal firms.
McNeilly joined Newmark from Colliers International, where he most recently served as a valuation services director in the Chicago office.
