David Aschenbrand joined Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Group as the Strategic Services Advisory Lead for the Cold Chain Practice in October 2024. He brings to his position over 25 years of direct commercial and operational experience in
the industrial and supply chain sector. Prior to Newmark, Aschenbrand gained expertise in various industrial roles, including Material Handling System Integration, Multimodal North American and Port Logistics Transportation Solutions,
Temperature Controlled Public Refrigerated Warehousing and Logistics, and Industrial Cold Storage Real Estate Development.
