Koch most recently worked as Executive Vice President in Occupier Services for CBRE where he was involved in numerous, noteworthy transactions on behalf of both local and corporate clients including the representation of Covestro AG in the acquisition of the Bayer campus (a 800,000 square foot, 15 building complex on 258 acres of land); the long term lease of the Michael Baker International for 125,000 square feet and the disposition of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s 240,000 square foot headquarters.
Additionally, Koch represented EQT in the 260,000 square foot headquarters relocation in Pittsburgh, the completion of more than one (1) million square feet of FedEx facilities within North America, and the responsibility as account manager for WESCO Distribution, Inc. and Gardner Denver, Inc.
