Derek Lichtfuss serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Columbus, Ohio office, where he has focused primarily on Industrial and Office Sales & Leasing. Positions held include sales, recruitment, project management, and management. His experience across a wide array of business ventures led him to pursuing a career in commercial real estate. Lichtfuss enjoys assisting in the critical decision-making that affects the affects the way businesses operate and grow.
