Daniel “Doni” Greenwald, MAI is a First Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Baltimore office and has provided valuation and consulting services since 2006. He has vast experience with a variety of asset types including, but are not limited to, office buildings (CBD and suburban), medical office buildings, industrial warehouses, manufacturing facilities, flex, retail, shopping centers, apartments (garden and high-rise), seniors housing, mixed-use properties, automobile service stations, automobile dealerships, ambulatory surgery centers, fitness centers, biotech facilities, and land. His appraisals have been utilized by clients for condemnation purposes, estate planning, real estate tax appeal, mortgage financing, and due diligence support.
In addition to performing valuations, market studies and feasibility studies, Greenwald is also and experienced expert witness, qualified by the State of Maryland tax appeals court.
Greenwald joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017, when the firm acquired several affiliates of Integra Realty Resources (IRR). At the time of the acquisition, he had been working at IRR for 13 years, the last four years of which he was the Director for the Baltimore office.

Education
Greenwald is a certified general real estate appraiser in Maryland. He earned an MBA degree in Seniors Housing from Johns Hopkins University, in addition to achieving his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
