Dustin Volz joined Newmark in 2023 as Vice Chairman and is part of the Newmark Logistics Capital team. Volz joined Newmark along with his partners, Stephen Bailey, Dom Espinosa, and Zach Riebe, and the team collectively specializes in industrial investment sales, portfolio dispositions, financing, and equity placement, including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations across the U.S. Volz has been heavily involved in capitalizing many ventures in the alternative buckets of Industrial, including Cold Storage and Industrial Outdoor Storage. Throughout Volz’s career, he has been involved in over $20 billion in transactions.
Volz brings to Newmark more than 15 years of real estate experience. Over the past 2 years, he and his team have completed more than $7 billion in industrial transactions on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private clients. Before joining the Newmark team, he worked as a Senior Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. and focused on leading JLL’s Industrial Investment Sales Team throughout the South-Central region. Volz’s prior experience also includes time at Younger Partners, Marcus & Millichap, Fischer & Company, and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
