E.N. Cutler, who serves as a Managing Director at Newmark, has over two and a half decades of commercial real estate experience with over 15 million square feet of completed transactions to date. He has served as an exclusive tenant representative for a number of not-for-profit organizations and foundations notably, New York Bankers Association, Blue Meridian Partners, United Nations Foundation, Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, KIDS, Delivering Good, New York Lawyer for the Public Interest, Philanthropy New York and New York Lawyer for the Public Interest.
Since joining Newmark in September 1999 from a three year tenure at Douglas Elliman Commerical, Cutler has continued to develop and strengthen his abilities as a tenant representative specialist. Recent notable transactions include Eldridge Industries, Mitsubishi International Corporation, Dentsu, King Street Capital, Guggenheim Partners, iQor, AKQA, BNY ConvergEx Group, IBM, Warnaco, Eze Castle and the National Geographic Society.
Personal Affiliations
Cutler has actively participated as a member of numerous charitable organizations most notably, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Hackers for Hope. He is a licensed real estate associate broker in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Education
Cutler graduated from Lake Forest College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
