Eli Priest joined Newmark in 2010 specializing in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, land and investment properties throughout the Wasatch Front. He has been involved in over 7.0 million square feet of successful sales and leasing transactions since becoming an agent in 2013.
Priest started as a researcher and cold caller focusing in Davis County, Utah. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in professional sales and marketing, he became an agent bridging both Salt Lake and Davis Counties. Priest has continued to advance and most recently joined up with his team to culminate the highest transaction volume in Newmark Salt Lake City history.
Priest’s strength can be found in his ability to focus and understand his clients’ requirements while working together toward successful results. He has been a part of the completion of many notable transactions. In his years as an agent, he has reached just over $400 million in property transactions. Known for his hard work, he has never been afraid to pick up the phone to make a cold call or walk door-to-door in order to fill his landlords’ space efficiently and with quality tenants. This work has also led to the involvement of millions of dollars in property transactions including facilities sold to owner-users, investment sales and industrial land transactions.
Always growing, Priest is always trying to find ways of helping his current clients and building relationships with new ones.
