Eric Anderson is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s San Jose office. He has been a top producer for more than 38 years by providing dedicated service and thoughtful solutions to his clients’ needs and problems.
Mr. Anderson began his real estate career in Coldwell Banker’s Real Estate MBA training program. An immediate success, he moved into the position of senior sales consultant and attained Top Five status. He was then recruited by Fox & Carskadon, where he became an owner and manager of the R&D/industrial division. In this role, Mr. Anderson recruited 19 salespeople and increased revenues in his division by over 500% in fewer than two years. Prior to his current position, Mr. Anderson successfully marketed the construction services of MAI Industries, a general contractor based in San Jose.
With his vast accumulated experience, Mr. Anderson is able to assist his clients in the leasing or sale of sophisticated R&D campuses, state-of-the-art manufacturing complexes, field offices around the country, strategic warehouse/distribution spaces or international facilities, as well as the acquisition of land. He has completed over 500 transactions, making significant contributions to the operating efficiency of his clients. Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in English literature, five varsity letters in football and volleyball and a Most Inspirational Player award.
