Eric Edmondson, MAI joined Newmark in 2017 and serves as Executive Vice President for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana in the company’s Little Rock, Arkansas office. His responsibilities include business development, operations and appraisal review for the region.
A 16-year commercial real estate valuation veteran, Edmondson has extensive experience with a vast array of property types including office (low-, mid- and high-rise, government, condominium), retail (strip neighborhood, big box net lease, going concern), multifamily (proposed, investment grade, LIHTC), industrial (warehouse, business parks), healthcare (MOB, ILF, ALF, CCRC, SNF, ASC, hospital), self storage and land. His experience extends to a variety of specialty asset types including malls, live performance venues, theaters, golf courses, sports facilities, schools, churches and historic buildings.
His clients include private investors, institutional investors, trusts, fiduciaries, development companies and government agencies, among others.
Prior to joining Newmark, Edmondson worked from 2006 to 2017 as a senior appraiser and the Central Arkansas Team Leader for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services. Prior to CBRE, he worked as a staff appraiser at Cosby & Associates, Inc. based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Education
Edmondson is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate. More recently, he has successfully completed numerous real estate courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other providers.
