Eric Roth is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Private Capital Group.
Roth recently joined Newmark after 9+ years at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Investment Sales across the New York City Market. Since joining the industry full time in 2015, Roth has been involved in the sale of over 175 properties for an aggregate value of over $2.5 billion. Roth has led the sale of some notable transactions including the $168 million sale of 720 West End Avenue, the $91.5 million sale of the Fairway Assemblage, the $60 million portfolio sale of the Quality Communities Bronx Portfolio, and the $30 million sale of 163-167 Ludlow Street.
Earlier, Roth spent time as an intern for Massey Knakal, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014. He worked alongside multiple teams to gain experience and transition into the current role. Prior, he worked for an NYC landlord and property manager, Argo Real Estate, and spent time with the Accounting, Property Management and Brokerage Departments.
