Erica D. Rubinstein joined Newmark in 2008. She currently serves as a Managing Director at the firm’s New York headquarters. A tenant representative, Rubinstein focuses primarily on local and national corporations in the acquisition and disposition of leased office properties.
Rubinstein represents her clients at each step of the real estate process, from site selection to document review and financial analysis. She prides herself on properly communicated the dynamics of a transaction on an ongoing basis, so that clients are always fully aware of their alternative choices.
Since joining Newmark, Rubinstein has completed more than 500 multi-market transactions. Throughout the process, she relies on her strategic planning capabilities to optimize the portfolio. Specifically, she has helped to dispose of over 700,000 square feet. She and her team successfully represent many companies, including Interpublic Group of Companies, HUB International, and DeVry University.
A real estate veteran with more than 13 years of experience, Rubinstein began her career as a tenant representation specialist with a firm focused on the New York office market. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
