Erika Koehler joined Newmark in 2019 as a Senior Managing Director in the Seattle office. Erika has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, much of it focused on urban retail and mixed-use developments in the greater Seattle area. She has a strong record of success in completing landlord listing and tenant rep engagements throughout the region, and her extensive expertise in representing shopping centers has given her a comprehensive understanding of landlord viewpoints.
Prior to Newmark, Erika worked at JLL and CBRE, where she represented both tenants and landlords in retail leasing transactions. She previously spent nearly 11 years specializing in retail leasing, sponsorship sales and marketing for two REITs, the Rouse Company and General Growth Properties, as well as The Landing, a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington.
Erika has been involved in a number of significant projects, including 400 Fairview South Lake Union, Stone 34 in Wallingford and Homeplate Center in SODO. She has also represented Union Bank and Xfinity/Comcast.
