Evan Lugar joined Newmark in 2024 and serves as a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Bellevue, Washington, office. Mr. Lugar specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial and office properties in the Seattle market areas.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Lugar was a partner at another firm for 17 years and served as an Executive Vice President in that firm’s Seattle office.
