Evan Roteman is an Associate with Newmark in New York, where he specializes in landlord and tenant representation.
Roteman has represented such prominent landlords as Kaufman Organization, The Moinian Group, Benchmark, and Hidrock Properties.
Some of Roteman’s most recent transactions include Dunkin’ at 450 Seventh Avenue, Sugared + Bronzed at 108 Reade Street, a 6,000-SF flagship for Chinese chain, Grandma’s Home Restaurant Group, at 56 West 22nd Street, and 7,000 SF for vintage retailer Hearts of Gold at 40 West 25th Street.
Roteman joined Newmark in 2023 after a successful stint at Meridian Capital Group. Prior, he was a student-athlete at Rhodes College where he was a member of the Men’s basketball team before transferring to Tulane University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
