Fergus Dobbs joined Newmark’s UK and EMEA Retail practice as a Graduate Surveyor in 2024, predominantly based in the UK Agency team while working towards his APC. Dobbs holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading’s Henley Business School in addition to an undergraduate degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
