Frances Graham is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s Project Management Group. An accomplished architect, construction manager and real estate project manager, Graham has more than 30 years of experience with an extensive background in executing national projects. She oversees a team of project managers that executes real estate solutions for clients on a daily basis throughout the Northeastern U.S. Graham is adept at reducing costs for projects, with a focus on both hard and soft construction costs, tenant exposure and procurement strategies.
Prior to joining Newmark, Graham managed a group of U.S.-based project managers for a global independent consultancy firm working on projects ranging from tenant fitouts to new construction of office towers and condos. She also worked for many years as a managing director for a brokerage house in New York City, overseeing multiple tenant improvement projects and the repositioning of buildings in the Northeast. Graham has extensive experience in construction management, having worked as a project manager. Prior to her work in NYC, Graham oversaw various out-of-the-ground projects, ranging from pharmaceutical and life science campuses to office parks and schools.
