With more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Gibbons brings to the company a wealth of expertise in all facets of corporate representation, which he has successfully leveraged for multiple Fortune 500 companies across the country. Specializing in representing users of industrial and office space both locally and nationally, Mr. Gibbons provides comprehensive brokerage services, including lease and purchase negotiations, site selection, disposition of land, structuring build-to-suit arrangements, headquarter relocations, municipal and state incentive analysis and negotiations, and investment sales for clients in the oil and gas, technology, aerospace, healthcare and nonprofit industries.
Consistently a top producer and a talented negotiator, Mr. Gibbons has consulted with corporations on more than 4 million square feet of office and industrial space over the past two years. His comprehensive multimarket portfolio management of more than 8 million square feet has enabled him to close transactions totaling over $400 million over the course of his career.
Mr. Gibbons joined Newmark in 2018, when the firm acquired acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey. Prior to Jackson Cooksey, Mr. Gibbons worked for an international office and multi-family developer. His experience in underwriting a variety of asset classes allows him to view his long-term corporate partnerships from a unique perspective.
