Geoff Hill is an executive managing director with Newmark and has been with the firm since 1999. He brings to his position more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience and a dual focus on the industrial and real estate investment markets in the Detroit metropolitan area. Mr. Hill represents landlords and tenants during transaction negotiations and site selection and provides them with the market and financial analysis they need to make educated decisions. He has been recognized as an industry leader in commercial real estate in Michigan and is regularly quoted in local, regional and national real estate publications. A past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Michigan Chapter, his recent transactions total more than $100 million for clients that include Benesson Capital, Citicorp, Delphi, Eaton Corporation, First Industrial, Gannett and TI Group Automotive.
