George Robinson, MAI joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2016 and currently serves as a First Vice President. He achieved the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2022. Recent appraisal assignments have included, but are not limited to, neighborhood and community shopping centers, industrial buildings, office buildings, apartment complexes, charter schools, bank branches, and vacant land for different uses. These appraisal and consulting services have been performed for a wide variety of client types including public agencies, commercial and investment banks, law firms, life insurance companies, universities (public and private), and pension funds.
Prior to joining Newmark Valuation & Advisory, Robinson worked for CoStar Group on the Institutional Comparables team from 2013 to 2016.

Education
Robinson earned a Master of Science degree in real estate with a focus on real estate finance from Georgetown University. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in finance from Miami University.
