Based in Columbus, Ohio, George Skaff is a Vice Chairman for Newmark with over 14 years of real estate experience, working exclusively in Midwest multifamily with a focus on the Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan markets. Since joining Newmark, Skaff has been directly involved in over $11 billion in multifamily asset sales, $7.5 billion of which have occurred within the last five years, recently averaging well over $2.5 billion annually.
Skaff is engaged in all aspects of the marketing process, including research, business development, underwriting, valuation, contract negotiation and closing. With a broad base of experience across all aspects of the multifamily real estate transaction process, Skaff is able to bring an all-encompassing view to his clients throughout the disposition process.
