Glenn Walsh serves as an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s office in Rye Brook, New York. He brings to his position an outstanding 34-year record in Westchester County commercial real estate with a specialty in corporate and portfolio leasing. Walsh focuses on landlord representation, building/land sales and medical office leasing.
Walsh joined Newmark in 2013 after 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as a Senior Director of the transaction services group at that firm’s office in White Plains, New York. Earlier in his career, Walsh spent eight years at CB Commercial Real Estate and six years at Newmark & Company Real Estate, a predecessor of Newmark.
