Grant Bates joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as Executive Managing Director in the company’s Richmond, Virginia, office. A 10-year corporate real estate veteran, Bates has substantial expertise in tenant and landlord agency representation in the industrial and logistics sectors. He annually conducts more than 25 transactions worth in excess of $100 million.
Bates came to Newmark after serving as a Senior Vice President for 5 years at Colliers International, where he was responsible for the industrial markets in central and southwest Virginia.
