Grant Marley joined Newmark in 2016 and currently serves as a Vice President at the firm’s Washington, DC, office, where he focuses on commercial investment sales. Since 2013, Marley has been involved in over $1 billion of real estate transactions involving office, retail, multihousing and medical office properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Marley was an Analyst at Federal Capital Partners, a Private Fund Manager based in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where he specialized in multihousing acquisitions on the East Coast. He previously served as an analyst at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, focusing on commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions in the Washington metropolitan area.
Education
Marley holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While attending the university, he was a member of the KFBS Foundation Real Estate Fund, a student-run real estate private equity fund.
