Prior to joining Newmark, Conen served as Managing Director of Leasing at Tishman Speyer, where he played a pivotal role in the development and leasing of some of New York City’s most prominent office towers. He led the successful leasing of the 66-story, 2.8-million-square-foot Spiral at 66 Hudson Boulevard and oversaw Morgan North, a 630,000-square-foot office and mixed-use redevelopment in West Chelsea.
His extensive experience in shaping Manhattan’s office landscape positions him as a key asset to Newmark’s office leasing platform.

Conen obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Wisconsin.
