Guy Rubley joined Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory in late 2017 as a Senior Vice President in the Tysons, Virginia office. An 18-year industry veteran, Rubley has performed full and partial interest appraisals on a wide variety of properties, including office buildings, multihousing, shopping centers and industrial facilities. He has also completed portfolio valuations and multi-property assignments.
Prior to Newmark, Rubley had worked for nearly 14 years in the Valuation & Advisory Multifamily Specialty Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He most recently served as a senior director in the Washington, DC, office, a position he had held since 2004. Previously, Rubley served as an associate appraiser in C&W’s Atlanta office. He began his real estate career in 2001, as a real estate analyst in the New York City office of CB Richard Ellis.

Education
Rubley earned a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University. More recently, he has completed all Appraisal Institute continuing education coursework, the registration/licensure course for the state of Georgia and the ARGUS Valuation software training seminar.
