Eustace Wolfington serves as a senior managing director in Newmark’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Wolfington is actively involved in all areas of industrial real estate, including tenant representation, build-to-suit analysis, sales and leasing negotiations, and exclusive agency responsibility. His area of expertise covers the Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Delaware County markets as well as the industrial properties along the I-295 Corridor south of Trenton, New Jersey.
To date, Mr. Wolfington has sold and leased more than a billion dollars of industrial real estate ranging from $500,000 to $60 million and from 10,000 to 860,000 square feet. He has also been involved in several investment transactions while representing many Fortune 500 and World 500 companies, including Boise Cascade, Glynwed International, Eaton, Philadelphia Coca-Cola, Qwest, Rohm & Haas, Tyco International, Estee Lauder, USPS, Fuji Bike, Almo Corp., Broder Bros., Ecolab’s, Brookfield, 3M Corporation, and Rohm & Haas/Dow.
Education
Mr. Wolfington studied English at Georgetown University, marketing at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and real estate at Temple University.
