Jack Gordon serves as a Valuation Associate in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory, which covers Northern and Central New Jersey. Gordon has worked on a variety of property types, ranging from vacant land to improved buildings, and has served in a number of roles, including litigation support, financial analyses and other advisory services.
Gordon joined Newmark in 2017, when the firm acquired several affiliate offices of Integra Realty Resources. At the time of the acquisition, he was serving as an analyst in IRR’s Whippany office.
Education
Gordon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in risk management (real estate option) from the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business in 2017. Relevant coursework included:

- Real Estate Risk Analysis

Additionally, Gordon completed the Appraisal Institute’s 15-Hour National USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Course.
