Jack Hoskins joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as a senior managing director in the company’s Tampa, Florida, office. A 20-year corporate real estate veteran, Mr. Hoskins has substantial expertise in commercial real estate, including tenant representation in the office, law firm, regional headquarter and shared service center sectors. Mr. Hoskins has secured millions of dollars in occupancy cost savings and lease enhancements for his clients. His in-depth market knowledge, extensive transactional experience and creativity make him an invaluable asset to his clients.
Mr. Hoskins joined Newmark after serving as a senior vice president for 16 years with CBRE. In this capacity, he assisted companies in developing and implementing facility strategies. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, workplace optimization, complex lease and financial restructurings, traditional leases and build-to-suit transactions.
