Jackie Totolo serves as a Senior Managing Director with Newmark in New York, where she specializes in both landlord and tenant representation.
Totolo has worked on behalf of many owners, including AR Global, Atlas Capital, Bettina Equities, The Carlyle Hotel, GFI Hospitality, Macklowe Properties, Marx Realty, MetLife, The New Museum, The Plaza Hotel, Related Companies, RFR Realty, The Sherry Netherland Hotel, SL Green Realty Corp. and The Winter Organization.
As an owner representative, Totolo has been instrumental to the successful leasing of many projects throughout New York City. She leased 575 Fifth Avenue on behalf of MetLife to Guess; 935 Madison Avenue on behalf of the Straus Family to Moynat, Aqauzzura, Nespresso, Golden Goose Deluxe Brand and Joe Bananas; 781 Fifth Avenue to Delvaux for its Fifth Avenue Flagship and Chocheng on behalf of The Sherry Netherland; One Wall Street on behalf of Macklowe Properties to Whole Foods Market and Lifetime Fitness; 63 Wooster Street on behalf of JP Morgan to Gucci; 980 Madison Avenue on behalf of RFR to Vince, Rebecca Taylor and Sandro; 785 Madison Avenue on behalf of HUBB to A. Lange & Sohne; and 1186 Broadway on behalf of the Ace Hotel to Milk Bar.
On the tenant representation side, Totolo has represented many retailers. She currently represents Itsu, Levain Bakery, Pret A Manger, SEE Eyewear and Swarovski, among others.
Totolo continues to help Pret A Manger expand its Manhattan presence, arranging more than 40 locations in key markets that include Penn Station, 400 Park Avenue South, 1071 Avenue of the Americas, 787 Seventh Avenue and 530 Seventh Avenue.
Totolo has completed deals on behalf of Therabody at Hudson Yards, Columbus Circle, Tyson’s Corner, Short Hills Mall and Mall of America.
She also recently arranged leases for SEE Eyewear at 423 West Broadway and 1100 Madison Avenue; Swarovski at 365 Madison Avenue, 484 Fulton Street Mall at Bay Plaza, One Penn Plaza and 1565 Broadway for its Times Square Flagship; and Jo Malone at the Time Warner Center, Brookfield Place, 1036 Lexington Avenue and 330 Bleecker Street. On behalf of Levain Bakery, she arranged leases for retail space at 1484 Third Avenue, 340 Lafayette Street, commissary space at 9-20 35th Avenue, office space at 33 East 33rd Street, 164 N 4th Street in Brooklyn and 3131 M Street in Georgetown, DC.
Totolo joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc., acquired New York-based retail real estate brokerage RKF. Totolo joined RKF as a Marketing Assistant in 2007 and transitioned into brokerage the following year.
