Jason Seidenberg currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Newmark’s New York headquarters. Seidenberg is a member of the New York Consulting Group, a team that partners with brokerage personnel to provide new business development, strategy development, financial structuring and transaction execution services. Seidenberg specializes in analyzing the financial impacts of a real estate transaction from both an acquisition and disposition perspective.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2024, Seidenberg was a Senior Vice President with JLL’s New York Consulting & Advisory Group. While there, he supported more than 1 million square feet of leasing transactions and over $200 million in property sales.
Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Seidenberg worked as lead Financial Analyst, focusing on acquisitions, leasing and property financings for a Manhattan-based landlord who owns and manages over 2 million square feet of office space and has a portfolio valued at over $2.5 billion.

Education
Seidenberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
