He has represented private and institutional clients in their acquisition and/or disposition of investment properties located throughout California and in major metro areas nationwide. Cross previously served as Senior Vice President for Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in San Francisco, as Acquisitions Manager for Palo Alto-based Pacific Property Company (now Pacific Urban Residential) and as Acquisitions Director for San Francisco-based SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock). He began his real estate career as commercial property appraiser working with Landauer Associates and Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, Georgia.
