JC Asensio is a Managing Director with the Corporate Capital Markets group at Newmark. The Corporate Capital Markets group provides market leading advisory and execution for a wide variety of capital markets solutions for existing and planned assets on behalf of corporate occupiers, developers, M&A sponsors and owners, both private and institutional.
Prior to joining Newmark, Asensio served as First Vice President with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets practice, where he successfully transacted in excess of $3.5 billion in sale/leaseback, build-to-suit and net lease transactions across 42 states and six countries, totaling more than 37 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Asensio earned a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism degree from the University of Miami. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona, where he majored in business economics and business management.
