Jeff Arrillaga has earned an impressive professional reputation for his dedication and commitment to his clients’ goals. Based out of Newmark’s San Jose office, Mr. Arrillaga specializes in the leasing and sales of R&D and office property and is consistently a top producer. With more than 900 transactions, Mr. Arrillaga has leased or sold over 22 million square feet with a value in excess of $5 billion. He has proven himself to be a highly skilled leasing agent by representing both large companies and start-ups.
The Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) inducted Mr. Arrillaga into the ASVB Hall of Fame in 2012. He is involved in the development of Urban Catalyst Opportunity Zone Fund and NetZero buildings, and he serves on the advisory board of View Dynamic glass, Lunera LED lighting, Realstax listing platform, ABC accelerator and Path San Jose, assisting homeless.

Education
Mr. Arrillaga received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Stanford University and was a four-year member of the Stanford football team. Following his graduation, he spent three years traveling to more than 60 countries around the world. His experience in intercollegiate athletics and extensive world travels prepared him for the competitive commercial real estate industry.
