Jeff Tertel is an Executive Managing Director in the Global Corporate Services division of Newmark’s Philadelphia office. He has been acknowledged as a top producer for the firm in 2011 and 2012. His responsibilities include tenant representation, agency leasing, and acquisition/disposition of land sites, retail parcels, and office buildings.
Tertel has worked through the Delaware Valley to serve the needs of several different types of companies requiring tenant representation services, as well as various landlords requiring agency leasing. Many of his clients require transaction management in multiple markets, simultaneously. He has managed leasing for the Federal Reserve Bank, Philadelphia Management and Parkway Corporation, which have entailed hundreds of thousands square feet of office leasing in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey submarket. Tenant representation assignments have included those on behalf of such firms as Virtua, Urban Engineers, Drexel University College of Medicine, Freedman & Lorry, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and The Judge Group.
While working with Cramer Sweeney, Tertel worked on global campaigns for clients. This work involved creating strategic marketing plans, press releases, crises communications, advertising, employee relations and government relations.
