As Vice President of Property Management, Jennie Brennan is responsible for the firm’s operations and personnel in the New England region. Ms. Brennan oversees the management of more than eight million square feet of commercial real estate and implements best practices, policies and procedures to maximize the value of clients’ real estate assets. She teams with local Newmark leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships to ensure maximum value is achieved on all assets. She works with both institutional and non-institutional clients to develop and implement business plans that best-meet the client investment strategy and success in all facets of asset operations, including acquisitions, re-development projects.
Ms. Brennan joined Newmark in 2020 as a General Manager managing a prominent high-rise in the Boston market. Prior to Newmark, Ms. Brennan worked on the product development team at Building Engines, a Boston-based property management software firm. She started her commercial real estate career with CBRE as a tenant coordinator, and then became a Property Manager working directly for Jamestown, a large property owner, overseeing a major redevelopment in Boston.
