Jeremiah Jarmin is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark’s Affordable Housing Advisors team (“AHA”), a premier global commercial advisory team. With a specialized focus on the affordable housing sector, Jarmin has established himself as a key figure in the industry, representing both sellers and buyers of government-subsidized and tax credit multifamily properties. At the helm of the LIHTC sector, he leads efforts in representing general and limited partners in the valuation and marketing of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties across the nation.
Jarmin’s journey into the realm of affordable housing and commercial real estate began after a successful career as an attorney, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions and advised foreign real estate investors conducting business in the United States.
