Jesse Ottele joined Newmark in 2016, as an Executive Managing Director in the Seattle office. Mr. Ottele is a 25+ year veteran of commercial real estate focused primarily on Institutional Agency Leasing in the Downtown Seattle area. Prior to Newmark, he was a Senior Vice President at CBRE for 12+ years, where he provided landlord and tenant advisory services throughout the Seattle metropolitan region. In 2023, he closed more than 30 lease transactions totaling more than 750,000 square feet of space in multiple buildings across the Puget Sound region.
Mr. Ottele has been recognized throughout his career as one of the premier brokers in the Puget Sound region, including being a four-time winner and three-time finalist of the Puget Sound SIOR/ NAIOP Office Broker of the year award. Mr. Ottele has also been named a Costar Power Broker 16 times. Jesse joined Newmark’s Chairman’s Circle Top 100 Producers Nationally and was a recipient of the Top Broker award from Connect Media for the Western Region in 2019.
