Jessica Thomas serves as Director of Product Development for Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS), overseeing the Newlitic product and data architecture, integrations, analytics and business intelligence for GCS clients.
Thomas is an expert in creating efficient technical solutions for complex business problems, especially as it relates to organizational data architecture and management. She has broad experience in solution architecture, project management, software development, data architecture and consulting.
Thomas has led a wide variety of projects from both technical and managerial roles, including the development of Newlitic, Newmark’s data integration and analytics platform. Thomas also has experience working in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and real estate point solutions, including writing an overlay for TRIRIGA’s currency management to support complex international reporting with multiple currency conversion methods and historic dates. Additionally, Thomas led a product-level integration between Manhattan IWMS and partners including ServiceNow and Tango Analytics for site selection and project management.
Thomas joined Newmark in 2019 as a Senior Systems Architect, overseeing the Data Team and Digital Core. Prior to her work with real estate software, Ms. Thomas was a Senior Project Manager for MICROS Systems Inc., focused in the retail and payment systems industry. In this role, Thomas helped build one of the first credit card tokenization projects, taking the point of sales system out of scope for PCI data storage. Additionally, Thomas acted as a lead analyst on the original MICROS Omni-channel project – which integrated store and ecommerce systems.
