Jill Arias joined Newmark in 2018 as an executive managing director where she focuses on corporate real estate transaction advisory services for global, national and regional portfolio accounts as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Arias is an experienced commercial real estate veteran with expertise in the representation of office, R&D and industrial clients. Prior to joining Newmark, she was an executive managing director for more than seven years at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously she was a development manager at Panattoni Development Company, LLC, where she managed the development of seven California industrial and office projects.
