Joey Lamb joined Newmark in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Columbus, Ohio office. Mr. Lamb works closely alongside Wayne Harer as they focus on the Central Ohio office market, specializing in tenant and landlord representation.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Lamb was an 11-year fashion retail veteran specializing in Marketing and Procurement. Mr. Lamb has had comprehensive experience aiding new real estate development and has traveled extensively supporting the opening of flagship stores on some of the most recognizable plots throughout the world. Mr. Lamb has also spent some of his time outside of retail buying and selling single-family and multi-family homes throughout Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Lamb enjoys managing multiple projects while maintaining organization and focus to make sure each is seen through to completion. Mr. Lamb takes pride in developing long-term relationships that always benefit the client’s best interest.
Education
Mr. Lamb is a Columbus native and attended The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology with a focus on Consumer Affairs. Mr. Lamb resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife and three children.
