John Hassler joined Newmark Zimmer in 2010. His primary responsibilities include advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of logistics properties as well as representing clients in the analysis and disposition of logistics real estate investment transactions.
Hassler focuses primarily on properties located in the Kansas City metropolitan region and throughout the Midwest. He is intimately familiar with all notable building tenants, owners, lease expirations and transactions in his territory. Additionally, Hassler is trained in multiple real estate systems such as CoStar, REApplications and Argus as well as Newmark Zimmer proprietary software.

Hassler holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. He lives in the Brookside area of Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife, Jessie; daughter, Charlotte; and son, Will.
