Jordan Roeschlaub serves as Co-President of Global Debt & Structured Finance and runs the company’s capital raising initiatives. Roeschlaub specializes in raising debt and equity capital for a wide client base, having executed transactions on behalf of domestic and offshore institutional and private owners, U.S. REITs, fund managers and global investment banks. Roeschlaub has more than 18 years of real estate investment banking experience and has executed on more than $190 billion of capital markets transactions, platform capitalizations, portfolio and single asset financings across all asset classes. Roeschlaub is also responsible for Newmark’s Strategic Advisory & Liquidity Solutions and Data Center Capital Markets verticals.
Since joining the firm, Roeschlaub has been one of the nation’s most decorated capital markets executives and the top producing individual capital markets, debt and equity finance professional for Newmark (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023). He has also been recognized each year (since 2016) as one of the 50 Most Important People in Commercial Real Estate Finance by the Commercial Observer.
