Jordyn Comras is a Director at Newmark’s New York headquarters, where she represents both landlords and tenants in their retail and office leasing transactions. Because of her unique involvement in various real estate sectors and in-depth market knowledge, she boasts a well-rounded and holistic approach to site selection for her clients.
Comras represents close to 1 million square feet of space in Manhattan on behalf of landlords including Brookfield Properties, Taconic, JP Morgan, Bromley Companies, Lefrak, Bettina Equities, the Winter Organization, PGIM, Columbia Property Trust, Meadow Partners and Somerset.
On the office side, Comras is very active in the Union Square/Flatiron submarket. Her team represents Taconic and Nuveen at 817 Broadway, where they have leased 110,000 square feet of space to companies such as Netflix and Union Square Ventures. She and her team also recently completed a 155,000-square-foot transaction with Microsoft at 122 Fifth Avenue and a 55,000-square-foot transaction with the Simons Foundation at 23 W. 20th Street.
On the retail front, Comras and her team represented Brookfield Properties in the lease up of their Manhattan West development project, which features 240,000 square feet of retail. They have successfully leased space to Peachy, Rothman’s, Montefiore, Starbucks, Peloton, Spectrum, Therabody Reset and others. Comras has also been very active along Madison Avenue, where she leased the entirety of 725 Madison Avenue to Ippolita, Paul Morelli, Maison Ullens and Anne Fontaine, as well as 943 Madison Avenue to Kirna Zabete.
Comras works with retail brands such as Adidas, Maria Tash, Lalo and Therabody in their New York site selection. Outside of Manhattan, she completed a 17,000-square-foot retail lease on behalf of Adidas at Bay Plaza in the Bronx. She represented G-Star RAW in securing their 10,000-square-foot office/showroom space in NoHo. Additionally, Comras works closely with Pace University on their dormitory, classroom and specialized requirements.
Comras joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. She joined RKF in 2015 as a Canvasser in the firm’s New York office and was soon promoted to Associate. Comras is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.

Comras is a member of the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA), ICSC, iMentor, AIR Society. She was a Newmark Rising Star in 2019 and 2020.
Education
Comras graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Design and Architecture Studies and a minor in Business Studies.
