Josh Davis, CCIM, serves as an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group. Based in the firm’s Charlotte office, he is responsible for debt and equity placement for commercial and multifamily real estate. Prior to joining Newmark in early 2019, Davis was a Vice President in the Charlotte headquarters of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he was involved in the financing of more than $5.0 billion in real estate transactions across the country.
Davis began his career in real estate finance in 1999 and has been active in financing all property types, including multifamily communities, senior living facilities, retail, office, industrial, hotel and self storage. Capital sources for his financing activities have included life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS lenders, traditional banks, debt funds, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and the FHA.
