Joshua Gosin joined Newmark in 2004 as a Director in the firm’s Manhattan headquarters and current serves as a Managing Director. Specializing in Tenant Representation, Gosin brings to his position an intimate understanding of the real estate market reinforced by a multifaceted background within the company.
Gosin was recruited by Newmark following his impressive beginnings as an intern in the firm’s Manhattan and Long Island offices, where he gained valuable insight into both submarkets. He also developed important relationships with various brokerage teams and built an aggressive platform for his current work within New York’s submarkets.
