Kassandra Saridakis joined Newmark in 2015 and serves as a managing director, specializing in originating and executing debt and equity placements for the firm’s debt and structured finance team. Ms. Saridakis has 14 years of institutional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, underwriting, dispositions, financing and asset management.
Ms. Saridakis transitioned to Newmark from PRP, LLC, a private equity company, where she served as a director. Specializing in East Coast markets and investments, Ms. Saridakis was responsible for the acquisition, asset management, repositioning, financing, and disposition of office and multihousing real estate investments. She also served as a member of PRP’s investment committee. Prior to PRP, Ms. Saridakis was an asset manager at CWCapital Asset Management, where she managed the company’s West Region CMBS-REO office and industrial portfolio. She was responsible for the leasing, operation and disposition of over 125 properties. The portfolio consisted of over 6.0 million square feet with an aggregate loan balance of $1.3 billion. Ms. Saridakis has a diverse range of real estate experience in numerous national markets in office, industrial, hotel, multihousing and retail asset classes.
Education
Ms. Saridakis holds a Master of Science degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and management information systems from Ohio University.
