Kathleen Campos joined Newmark in 2011 as the Senior Business Operations Manager of the Phoenix office. Kathleen is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the office, including developing and enforcing office policies and procedures, ensuring office compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws and ensuring that all operations run efficiently. She oversees research, GIS and administrative support activities as well as purchasing, transaction management and commission processing, working closely with the market leader and brokerage personnel.
Prior to joining Newmark, Kathleen held a wide scope of management positions within the commercial real estate industry in the Phoenix metro area. She managed office operations, marketing, research, IT, revenue processing and administration at Colliers International and Pinnacle Realty Management Company.
Education
Kathleen graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree in management with a minor in hospitality and tourism.
