Kenneth Dillon provides strategic management oversight for Newmark’s Property Management teams and operations in New York City, consisting of over 20 million square feet of commercial property. He collaborates with the company’s leasing and investment sales professionals to grow Newmark’s management portfolio, cross-sells Newmark services and advises building owners on strategies for maximizing the value of their properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Dillon was the Senior Advisor at Northwell Health, New York State’s largest health system and private employer, where his team handled all facets of the portfolio, focusing on the leasing requirements for over 9 million square feet and 900 locations. Before Northwell Health, Dillon had an impressive 23-year tenure as Senior Vice President for one of the largest and most successful privately-owned real estate development companies in New York City and its successor start-up fund-based real estate venture. He played a pivotal role in the leasing efforts of the development and management companies’ commercial properties, aggregating up to 12 million square feet and valued in excess of $10 billion. Additionally, Dillon’s tenure at William Macklowe Company and experience at Macklowe Properties highlight his comprehensive expertise in commercial real estate, leading efforts in leasing, redevelopment, and partnership management, further demonstrating his instrumental role in New York City’s real estate landscape.
